Some people say that they met God, well 32 years ago during the Christmas season, God met me. I was broken, in pain and suffering the consequences of some bad life choices. I was very very down, the lowest spot ever. I was done. I had no hope, no where to turn. I was a broken hurting mess.
Several years before I told God to leave me alone and get out of my life. And I headed down a dark path to try and ease my pain.
Even so on December 23, 1990 God came over my walls and came into my life for real, and this time for good!
He came to me at my worst, at my lowest,
and began to love the hell out of me, literally!
I was embraced by the love and compassion of God, how could I not surrender !
It was time for a new road. The one I had been traveling only brought pain.
Then the miracles started happinging in my life with amazing grace and new hope emerged with healing, restoration and purpose.
Life got sweeter than I could have ever hoped for. At any rate, I remember the day well and every Christmas I am so thankful for God’s grace and love and salvation.
Believe me I dislike religion, but love God with all my heart. So Lets remember the true meaning of Christmas this year and share some love and compassion with those around us.
There are many loved ones around us who are hurting and in pain. Locked up in spiritual prisons, who just need to be loved and encounter the Majestic Love of God.
If you have it in you to give this season, don’t hold back. You can help restore those hurting around you.
And if you are hurting and in pain and life has not turned out so far as you expected,
I encourage you to receive the Father today and His love for you. It would be a great decision that you will never regret.
There is nothing to big for Him.
No addiction, no relationship issue, no financial problem, no health problem.
All pain, hurt, fear and anxiety bow to Him and His great love.
He loves you. He is for you. He will restore you.
He is the reason for the season!
God Bless you and Merry Christmas everyone…
