Prophetic Encounter: Old Wells & New Wells

I had a prophetic encounter during a time of prayer and soaking and this is what I saw:
I was looking out over the land, and I saw angelic hosts being released.
These were on a clear assignment.
Much different than anything else I have seen.
I saw them coming in and watched them as they were capping off old wells.
Many of these wells were toxic, causing illness to those drawing from them.
What these wells offered satisfied the desires of the flesh, and were poison to those drawing from them, no matter how much they drank they were unsatisfied, and their lives were greatly diminished.
Not only did it affect those drawing from these wells, but it affected families, friends, and communities.
The time had come for them to be capped off once and for all.
There were other wells that had just run dry.
At one time these wells flourished with activity and life.
But over time, the wells were not replenished for the season they were intended on was over and it was time to move into the new season.
There were those who just did not want to move on. They were stuck in this dry place, not realizing how bad it was.
As the angels clearly capped these wells, it now forced them to move on, just as a baby bird is forced out of the nest so it can fly these ones were now forced to move forward.
As the angels hit these wells some were closed by what looked like a welding flash.
Capped in a few seconds.
It happened fast, one and done.
Some were closed with the angels putting rocks and stones in the well. Filling them up until they were jammed up with stones.
Others were being filled with sand.
Others with powder cement.
They didn’t bother pulling the old pumps.
These wells were being decommissioned.
I don’t fully understand why they did it this way, but that is what I saw.
They went from one well to another, and I watched as they went from one Nation to another. Capping off wells as the Lord directed.
As I watched these angels came in, and how they were doing an inspections on these wells.
They knew instantly what water was toxic and contaminated and what was good water.
The good wells they did not touch.
They quickly moved on.
The thing was, I was so fascinated watching these angels getting this done I was not really paying attention to my surroundings or anything else, until at one point it caught my eye.
These wells were behind church buildings, houses, government buildings, schools, and communities.
There were some wells that were cleansed and cleaned up.
They were blown out, high pressure air driven into the hole forcing the debris and dirty water out of the well head like a geyser!
They would work on it until once again pure and clean water flowed unrestricted again.
This would even open up the formation so more water could flow greatly increasing water volume!
These renewed wells would bring a major blessings to the area and those who would draw from them!
As I was journaling this dream, the Lord dropped a word on me, and here it is:
Barry, tell my people that I am capping off many old wells, that have served their purpose, and cleaning up some of the old wells for the days ahead.
Do not think that I am not aware of the cost of these old wells, or all who drew from them, for I assure you I am acutely aware.
I also know what is best. And sometimes these things have to be done.
Grieve as you must.
Be thankful for what was drawn.
Release it all to me so you can move on healthy and whole.
Barry, tell my people I am opening up new wells for my children!
It is time to start drilling new wells like never before!
I will lead you and I will guide you and I will show you exactly where to drill!
Agreements will come easily as you walk by my spirit.
Even the resistant, selfish, and corrupt will not stand in the way for I will speak to their hearts, and I will bring them into loving salvation into my kingdom.
The deeper the well the sweeter the water shall be!
As we drill these new wells, I will restore the land, I will restore the Nations!
You will see new life come releasing my abundance.
These wells will be wells of hope.
Wells of healing and deliverance.
Wells of unlimited resources.
Wells of love and joy!
So let the water of life flow like a river in you and through you!
Let it refresh you, let it wash you, let it cleanse you – inside and out!
For revival and reformation is upon you and what is coming is not going to be like anything ever seen or have done before!
Holy is the word of the Lord
